YUCAIPA, San Bernardino Countyย โ The Wildlands Conservancy is pleased to announce its Artistโs Palette wildflower venue โSendero del Solโ or โTrail of the Sunโ is now in bloom atย Oak Glen Preserveโs Southern California Montane Botanic Garden. This 6-acre wildflower venue features a โsunโ with 100-foot rays comprised of native yellow and white wildflower species โย tidytips, fiddleneck, popcorn flowers and gilia โ surrounded by a blue-purple โskyโ of baby blue-eyes, desert bells, purple owlโs-clover, globe gilia and tansy-leaved phacelia.
โThe purple owlโs clover is doing particularly well. If you look closely, one can see the little owlโs heads, with the projecting flowers being the owlโs eyes and ears. Combined with the sky-blue baby blue eyes, they make a beautiful โskyโ around the yellow โsunโ on the Artistโs Palette venue.โย โ Garden Director Tim Krantz, The Wildlands Conservancy
