Join us on a walk to identify different pollinators of the preserve, take pictures to use for your watercolor collage.
Explore watercolor with butterflies and beetles (or any other pollinator you choose)!
This pollinator week, Whitewater Preserve will be hosting a bioblitz focused on finding and identifying as many pollinator species as possible in the preserve’s pond area. This project is easy to join, and will consist of taking pictures of pollinators and the flowers they are visiting and uploading them to iNaturalist.
This education station will help visitors understand the role of a pollinator and how their work supports plant reproduction, ecosystem biodiversity, and the food chain.

Join us for our bi-monthly bird walk, the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month! Stroll through the preserve and enjoy our feathered residents and visitors guided by our avian knowledge leaders. No registration required. The Bird Walk begins at 8:00 am in the parking lot. Binoculars and cameras encouraged.
