DESCRIPTION:RESERVATIONS OPENS August 8th AT 8:00 AM. \nEmbroidering outdoors is a great way to relax and enjoy nature. In this beginner-friendly workshop\, we will review basic embroidery stitches and patterns. Along with technical instruction\, an emphasis will be placed on embroidery as a cultural practice. We will then practice our skills using designs and stencils inspired by nature. \n\nAges 10+ \nCHECK IN \nPlease plan to arrive between 9:45 am and 10:00 am for check in\, before the workshop begins.  \nWHAT TO BRING  \n\nchair\nsnacks\nwater\nembroidery hoops (optional)\nsewing needles (optional)\n\nFollow our social media (Facebook and Instagram) @oakglenpreserve to learn about other upcoming programs!
